Cottages and waterfront in Strong
Strong Township surrounds the village of Sundridge and holds most of the Lake Bernard shoreline. Highway 11 runs along the east side of the lake and Highway 124 heads west toward Magnetawan. Lake Bernard cottages and year-round homes are the main waterfront here, and many have sandy, shallow entries. Away from the lake the township is rolling farmland and forest. Sundridge provides groceries, fuel and a public beach.
