What Pigeon Lake is like
Pigeon Lake runs about 27 km from Bobcaygeon in the north toward Omemee in the south. The west side and south end are in Kawartha Lakes. The north and east are in Trent Lakes, with a small part in Selwyn. Water leaves through Gannon Narrows to Buckhorn Lake. With Buckhorn and Chemong, it forms a tri-lake system with no locks between them. The north is rockier, and the south is shallow and marshy.
