Cottages and waterfront in The Blue Mountains
This is the centre of Ontario ski chalet country. Chalets and condos cluster around Blue Mountain Village and Craigleith and near the private clubs at Craigleith, Alpine, Osler and Georgian Peaks. On the water, Georgian Bay homes and cottages run from Craigleith through Camperdown and Thornbury to Lora Bay and Christie Beach. Thornbury has a harbour, restaurants and shops, with apple orchards behind town. The Bruce Trail crosses the escarpment above. Short-term accommodation needs a town licence.
