Who we are
Cottage Connect is a real estate website operated by Will Balo, Sales Representative, RE/MAX Experts. Cottage Connect is not a brokerage. Real estate services are provided through licensed brokerages and their registered salespeople.

Listing data is supplied by the PropTx MLS® system and other sources believed to be reliable, but it is not guaranteed and may change without notice. Measurements, taxes, waterfront details and property features should be verified independently before you rely on them. PropTx MLS® assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any information shown. The information provided herein must only be used by consumers that have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate and may not be used for any commercial purpose or any other purpose.

The calculators, market figures, guides and articles on this site are general information only. They are not legal, tax, financial or mortgage advice.
