What Lake Clear is like
Lake Clear lives up to its name. The water is clear enough that anglers can watch fish come to a lure. The lake has about 18 islands, most of them Crown land, and a mix of rocky and sandy bottom. The west end is softer and weedier. Fish include northern pike, bass, whitefish, perch and trout. Cottages and rental cottages are spread around the shore. Eganville is the nearest village for supplies.
