Cottages and waterfront in Renfrew
Renfrew is a supply town more than a cottage destination. The Bonnechere River runs through it at the Second Chute, where a small hydro dam stands, so waterfront inside the town is limited to a few river lots. Its value to buyers is location. Calabogie Lake, the Ottawa River at Castleford and the lakes around Eganville are all a short drive. The town has a hospital, grocery stores and building suppliers.
