What Indian Lake is like
Indian Lake is only about 12 km around but reaches about 28 m deep. Chaffeys Lock sits at its outflow to Opinicon Lake, and a short cut links it to Clear Lake. The shoreline is mostly private, with moderate cottage and summer home development and some fine older cottages along the southeast shore. Stretches of natural shoreline remain along Scott Island. A marina on the lake offers launching for a fee. Largemouth bass are the main game fish here.
