Cottages and waterfront in Gananoque
Gananoque sits where the Gananoque River meets the St. Lawrence, just off Highway 401. It is a working town with a busy summer waterfront, tour boats, marinas and the Thousand Islands Boat Museum. Waterfront homes and condominiums in town are on municipal services. Many island owners keep a mainland slip or parking space here and shop in town. The Thousand Islands Parkway begins just east of Gananoque and follows the river toward Brockville, passing Ivy Lea and Rockport.
