This township stretches from the St. Lawrence at Rockport and Ivy Lea north to the Rideau Canal at Seeleys Bay. It was formed in 2001 and includes most of the Canadian Thousand Islands and Hill Island, where the bridge crosses to New York. Inland, Charleston Lake Provincial Park is at Outlet, and Lyndhurst sits on the creek below Lower Beverley Lake. Waterfront types vary widely: river islands, parkway homes, Shield lake cottages and canal frontage. Lansdowne and Gananoque provide services.
