Cottages and waterfront in Elizabethtown-Kitley
Elizabethtown-Kitley was created in 2001 from Elizabethtown and Kitley townships. The St. Lawrence forms its southern border, and river communities such as Butternut Bay, Fernbank and Hallecks hold most of its waterfront homes and cottages. Inland the township is farmland, with a small campground lake at Bellamys Mill near Toledo. Buyers here usually want river access close to Brockville and Highway 401 more than a remote setting. Lyn and Frankville are the larger villages.
