What Kawagama Lake is like
Kawagama is more than 16 km long, with about 83 km of shoreline and ten inhabited islands. There is no town on the lake. Dorset, Dwight and Baysville are the nearest communities, and two marinas serve cottagers. Many properties are water access, so buyers should plan for a boat and marina parking. The Hollow River flows out to Lake of Bays. Lake trout and bass are the main sport fish.
