What Redstone Lake is like
Redstone Lake sits in geographic Guilford Township, part of the Gull River system. It is about 6.5 km long and 4.8 km wide, which gives it a lot of open water for a Haliburton lake. Two dams control the outflows, and the lake works as a reservoir for the Trent-Severn Waterway, so levels change over the season. West Guilford is the nearest hamlet. Haliburton village has full services.
