What Black Lake is like
Black Lake sits between the Scotch Line and Big Rideau Lake. It covers about 342 hectares and reaches roughly 21 m deep, with many islands and narrow inlets that keep the water sheltered. Cottages are reached from Black Lake Road on the north side or Narrows Lock Road on the south. There is no public access, so a launch or dock comes with the property you buy. The lake has a long tradition of winter fishing for walleye.
