Norfolk County is a single-tier municipality, so the whole county is one MLS area. Port Dover is the largest lake town, with a beach, a pier and a long fishing history. Turkey Point is a cottage village with a large marina, and Long Point is a sand spit about 40 km long with cottages near the causeway. Port Rowan, Normandale, Port Ryerse and Fisher's Glen are smaller lakeside communities. Simcoe is the inland service centre.
