What Long Point Bay is like
Long Point Bay lies between the Long Point spit and the mainland of Norfolk County. A line from Turkey Point to Pottahawk Point divides it into the Inner Bay and Outer Bay. The Inner Bay is shallow and marshy, a noted sport fishery and a major staging area for migrating waterfowl.
