What Shadow Lake is like
Shadow Lake is the second lake upstream from the mouth of the Gull River. The river enters from Norland at the northwest and leaves at the south through a set of rapids to Silver Lake. Boats can travel upstream to the dam at Norland and downstream through Silver Lake to the dam at Coboconk. The lake is not on the Trent-Severn route, so it stays quieter than Balsam Lake to the south.
- Gull River boating
- Deeper water
- Quieter than the big lakes
Shadow Lake is in Kawartha Lakes. Before you buy on any lake, read Waterfront 101.
