What Go Home Lake is like
Go Home Lake is a long, narrow lake in the Township of Georgian Bay. The Musquash River flows in at the north end, and the lake drains toward Georgian Bay by the Musquash and Go Home rivers. It has about 430 cottages and most are reached only by boat from one of two marinas. The shore is rockier than most Muskoka lakes. The lake was opened for cottaging in the late 1950s and holds a regatta each summer.
