Cottages and waterfront in Goderich
Goderich was founded in 1827 and is known for its octagonal downtown, called The Square, with the county courthouse in the middle. The town faces west over Lake Huron and is well known for its sunsets. Below the bluff are three public beaches joined by a boardwalk more than a mile long, plus a working harbour and a marina. Waterfront here means in-town homes near the bluff and river, not classic cottage lots.
