Grey Highlands is the inland heart of the region. Lake Eugenia is its main cottage lake, with waterfront homes around the village of Eugenia. Below Eugenia Falls, the Beaver Valley opens north toward Kimberley, where chalets and country homes sit near the Beaver Valley Ski Club and the Bruce Trail. Markdale and Flesherton are the service villages, on Highway 10. Buyers come for skiing, hiking, paddling the Beaver River and a little more space than the resort area offers.
