Sebright is in the least settled part of Kawartha Lakes, where farmland gives way to rock, forest and wetland. Lake Dalrymple is just to the south, and Head Lake is to the east. Queen Elizabeth II Wildlands Provincial Park covers a large area to the north. Services are limited, and Orillia is the usual choice for bigger shopping trips. Buyers come here for quiet and for a shorter drive.
