Cottages and waterfront in Severn

Severn is where Simcoe County starts to look like Muskoka, with granite, pine and river channels. Cottage buyers focus on the west shore of Lake Couchiching around Cumberland Beach, Sparrow Lake and Port Stanton, the Severn River near Severn Falls and Swift Rapids, and Port Severn at the Georgian Bay end. Road access is common, but parts of the river are boat access only. Coldwater and Washago are the main villages, and Orillia is close for bigger shopping trips.

Communities in Severn

Severn includes Coldwater, Washago, Port Severn, Severn Falls, Severn Bridge, Cumberland Beach, Port Stanton, Ardtrea, Marchmont and Fesserton. Ask for listings in any of them, or tell us the road or bay you have your eye on.
