What Limerick Lake is like
Limerick Lake is about 25 kilometres southeast of Bancroft, just northeast of Highway 62. A dam built at St. Ola in 1934 raised the water level. The lake has roughly 150 seasonal cottages and almost no year-round residents. Lot creation is restricted, and the shore is heavily forested. Owners launch from the lodge marina at Martins Landing, a campground marina on St. Ola Lake or the public ramp at the dam.
