What Bobs Lake is like
Bobs Lake is the source of the Tay River, which leaves over a dam at Bolingbroke and flows to the Rideau system. Most of the lake is in the Bedford area of South Frontenac, with small parts in Central Frontenac and in Tay Valley in Lanark County. It has many arms and bays, so there is a lot of shoreline and a wide range of cottages. A channel lets boats pass to Crow Lake.
