What Little Lake is like
Little Lake is one of the few inland cottage lakes in Northumberland south of Rice Lake. It sits in rolling farm and forest country in Cramahe Township, with cottages and homes along Little Lake Road. The lake is small, so it suits swimming, paddling and small boats. Colborne and Brighton are both a short drive for supplies, and Highway 401 is close enough to make this an easy weekend trip from Toronto.
